Three things to know before ordering

Each order gets a dedicated node

Each confirmed order corresponds to one dedicated physical machine. Its processor, unified memory, and local storage resources are not shared with other tenants.

Configuration follows the order confirmation

The model, node, term, add-ons, amount, and delivery status are determined by the details shown and finally confirmed when you place the order.

You are responsible for your workloads

You are responsible for account security, software licenses, data backups, workload compliance, and exporting and migrating your data before the rental term ends.

01

Acceptance and scope

This section explains when these terms take effect and what authority is required to place an order for a team.

By visiting the VMCache website, placing an order, completing payment, receiving connection details, or using a Cloud Mac, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, do not place an order or continue using the services.

If you use the services on behalf of a company, team, or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization. The organization and anyone operating its account must comply with these terms. Insufficient internal authorization does not remove responsibility for orders, fees, or use that has already occurred.

You must have the legal capacity required to enter into this service relationship and provide accurate, valid, and reachable contact information. Do not impersonate another person, use an unauthorized payment method, or use multiple accounts to evade service rules, security limits, or risk controls.

These terms apply to the VMCache website, order creation and management, Cloud Mac delivery, renewals, support requests, and related service operations. Privacy and information handling are also governed by the Privacy Notice.

02

Service description

VMCache provides Cloud Mac hosting based on Mac mini Apple Silicon, with clear boundaries between dedicated hardware and user account responsibilities.

VMCache provides Cloud Mac rental services. Each active order corresponds to one dedicated physical machine, not a virtual machine. The processor, unified memory, and local storage are not shared with other tenants during the order term.

The current catalog includes three configurations: VMCache M4 16, VMCache M4 24, and VMCache M4 Pro 64. The specific chip, memory, storage, node, and price are determined by the rental plans page and the order confirmation page.

Dedicated hardware does not automatically secure your account, network, or applications. You remain responsible for managing login credentials, remote connection environments, automation accounts, access permissions, listening addresses, software dependencies, and sensitive workload information.

Nodes operate continuously 365 days a year. Service continuity may still be affected by events beyond reasonable control, including force majeure, external network failures, user actions, security response measures, or other circumstances.

Services may be used for Xcode builds, iOS and macOS testing, Unity iOS builds, MLX inference, and authorized automation tasks. Choose the model, node, storage, and term based on your workload; VMCache does not guarantee performance results that have not been validated against the actual task.

03

Orders and delivery

The order confirmation page is the final reference for the model, node, term, add-ons, amount, and delivery status.

When placing an order, select an available model, a supported node, a billing cycle, and any required add-ons. The current node catalog includes Singapore, Japan (Tokyo), South Korea (Seoul), and Hong Kong. Actual availability is based on the real-time status returned by the console.

Before submitting an order, verify the model name, M4 or M4 Pro chip, unified memory capacity, base storage, term dates, additional storage, number of Thunderbolt 5 connections, and total amount due. Once confirmed, an incorrect selection is not considered a delivery error by the platform.

An order is formed after all required information has been submitted, payment has been completed, and the order enters confirmed status. Delivery status, connection details, and node information are displayed in the console. Do not publicly share connection details or ask support staff to send actual credentials through an unapproved channel.

Delivery time may vary based on order verification, payment confirmation, security checks, and actual availability. Steps or estimated times shown on the site explain the process and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery deadline. Follow the order status and allow extra time for tasks with firm deadlines.

If order information conflicts, payment is not yet confirmed, the intended use requires further review, or a security risk arises, VMCache may request additional information. The order may remain pending until verification is complete.

04

Fees and payment

All services are priced in US dollars, and the payment method and final amount due are shown before order confirmation.

VMCache supports only USDT-TRC20 and Visa, Mastercard, and Amex through Stripe. All orders are settled in US dollars (USD). The payment gateway available to you is determined by the result returned during checkout.

Model fees, billing-cycle fees, and add-on fees are based on the confirmation page shown when you submit the order. Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly prices are separate catalogs; do not convert, round, or treat one cycle's price as a commitment for another cycle.

Ensure that your payment address, card details, or other payment information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. For issues caused by incorrect details, an incorrect network, insufficient funds, payment-provider rejection, delayed on-chain confirmation, or duplicate payment, promptly submit the order ID and verifiable records through a console ticket.

Unless the order confirmation page or applicable rules expressly state otherwise, fees for services whose delivery has started or whose use has been enabled are not automatically reversed because you did not connect, run tasks, stop a workload early, or change internal plans.

A renewal is confirmation of a new term. Before the current term ends, check available renewal options, pricing, and order status. If renewal is not confirmed, the service will not automatically extend, and you remain responsible for exporting data before the term ends.

05

Acceptable use

Cloud Macs may be used only for lawful, authorized workloads that do not harm the platform, nodes, or other parties.

Do not use the services for unlawful activity or perform or assist with unauthorized access, privilege escalation, credential theft, fraud, harassment, infringement, malicious scanning, attack testing, or circumvention of third-party security controls.

Do not create, store, run, or distribute malware. Do not use a node for botnets, denial-of-service attacks, bulk abuse, spam, phishing pages, covert proxies, or other conduct that improperly affects external systems.

Do not disrupt service stability by continuously generating abnormal network traffic, bypassing resource protections, damaging system configuration, attempting to access another order's environment, changing hardware connections without authorization, or performing destructive operations clearly beyond normal development, testing, and inference use.

Software, models, datasets, materials, and dependencies that you upload, build, test, or run must have lawful sources and the necessary permissions. VMCache provides infrastructure and does not acquire ownership of your content or obtain third-party licenses for software, models, or data on your behalf.

If an automated task exposes an interface externally, implement access controls, limit listening scope, manage concurrency, verify dependency sources, and redact logs. If you detect unusual access or signs of credential exposure, stop the related service immediately and submit a console ticket.

Allowed

Authorized engineering tasks

Xcode builds, application testing, dependency caching, Unity iOS builds, MLX model loading, internal inference services, and team automation.

Prohibited

Unauthorized or destructive activity

Malware distribution, credential theft, unauthorized scanning, attack traffic, fraudulent activity, and operations that affect service stability.

06

User responsibility and data

You are responsible for accounts, credentials, software licenses, workloads, and the data lifecycle. Dedicated hardware does not replace your internal security processes.

Protect your console account, connection credentials, private keys, signing files, tokens, environment variables, and automation configuration. Do not share accounts or place real secrets in public repositories, public logs, screenshots, or unredacted support requests.

You are responsible for the software you install, configure, and use on the node, including verifying that its licenses permit remote operation, team use, automated builds, or model inference. You bear responsibility for software licenses, code sources, model rights, and data-use permissions.

Maintain independent backups and do not treat a rented node as your only data copy. Store important code, build artifacts, model weights, test data, configuration files, and runtime logs in appropriate locations according to your team's recovery objectives.

Before the term ends, complete data export, stop tasks, rotate keys, and perform any required migration. After the term ends, the order is terminated, or security handling begins, node access may stop. You bear the risk of data becoming unavailable if you do not migrate it in time.

When submitting a support request, provide the order ID, model, node, time of occurrence, impact, reproduction steps, and redacted logs. Do not submit passwords, private keys, complete payment credentials, or other unnecessary sensitive information through tickets or email.

Keep your contact information current and monitor order, term, and service status in the console. Invalid contact details, ignored order status, or failure to handle renewal and migration on time does not change the parties' existing responsibilities.

07

Suspension, termination, and updates

Services may be restricted, suspended, or terminated if rules are violated, a security risk arises, the term ends, or order conditions are no longer met.

If you breach these terms, engage in prohibited activity, provide false information, show signs of unauthorized access, or create risks for the platform or external systems, VMCache may restrict connections, suspend the order, request additional verification, or terminate the service according to the level of risk.

When immediate risk control is needed, VMCache may first take necessary protective measures and then explain the next steps through the console or a valid contact method you provided. You must cooperate by stopping related tasks, rotating credentials, providing redacted evidence, and completing required remediation.

When the term ends and renewal has not been completed, the service relationship ends as specified in the order. Complete data export and migration before then. Termination does not affect fees already incurred, payment obligations, infringement liability, security responsibilities, or provisions that by their nature should remain effective.

VMCache may update these terms because of service-process changes, risk controls, legal requirements, or product-catalog changes. Updated content applies from publication or the stated effective time. For confirmed orders, the model, node, term, and fees remain governed by the applicable order confirmation.

The parties should first use the support process to discuss order facts, operational records, and disputes. Disputes that cannot be resolved through discussion are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the platform operator is based and handled by a court with jurisdiction in that jurisdiction.

If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts continue in effect. VMCache's failure to immediately enforce a right does not waive that right. Headings are provided for navigation only and do not change the meaning of the text.
