Privacy Policy & Data Practices

This policy explains what essential information VMCache processes when you visit the website, get in touch, place a Cloud Mac order, receive service, make a payment, or request support—and why it is processed and what you can request.

Covered services Website, orders, and support
Processing principles Necessary, limited, traceable

01

Scope

First, identify which activities this policy covers.

This policy applies to essential information processing when you visit vmcache.com, review plans and node information, prepare an email through the contact page, create or manage a Cloud Mac order, make a payment, receive delivery information, or submit a support request.

VMCache Console handles order management, term viewing, renewals, billing, and tickets. Account identification, order association, and action records in that process are also covered by this policy. We do not proactively read business files on your dedicated physical node as website content; however, redacted logs, screenshots, or reproduction materials you provide in a support request are handled as support-request information.

Website access

Page requests, device and browser categories, necessary error records, and security signals.

Order process

Account contact details, model, node, term, add-ons, order status, and payment-linked records.

Support communications

Problem description, time of occurrence, reproduction steps, impact, and redacted materials you submit.

Dedicated hardware does not remove your account responsibilities. Each rental corresponds to a dedicated physical machine, not a virtual machine; you remain responsible for managing your console account, connection details, project keys, and data on the node securely.

02

Information collected

We process only the categories needed to complete the relevant process.

Information you provide

  • Contact detailsSuch as your email address, team or project context, and the time zone you choose to provide.
  • Configuration needsSuch as intended use, preferred model, node, rental term, storage expansion, and expected start time.
  • Support materialsSuch as an order identifier, problem description, time of occurrence, reproduction steps, impact, and redacted logs.

Order and service information

After you create an order, we process the selected VMCache M4 16, VMCache M4 24, or VMCache M4 Pro 64 configuration, along with the Singapore, Japan (Tokyo), South Korea (Seoul), or Hong Kong node, billing cycle, add-ons, order status, delivery status, and renewal records. Actual availability is determined by the real-time status returned in the Console.

Necessary technical and access records

To keep the site operating, identify abnormal requests, and troubleshoot delivery issues, we may record request time, requested page, network address, browser and device category, response status, security-event signals, and necessary error information. These records support operations and security; they are not used to build sensitive profiles unrelated to you.

Before submitting support materials, remove passwords, private keys, access tokens, complete connection details, and personal data unrelated to the issue. We will never ask you to submit real keys through a public page.

03

Purpose of use

Information use corresponds to the service action that triggers it.

Process orders
Identify the account–order relationship and confirm the model, node, term, add-ons, payment status, and renewal actions.
Deliver services
Provision a dedicated physical node, provide necessary connection details, display service status, and support node management during the rental term.
Respond to support requests
Use order identifiers, timelines, reproduction steps, and redacted logs to troubleshoot connection, build, storage, or MLX inference issues.
Maintain security
Identify unusual logins, abuse, malicious requests, and behavior that may affect service stability, while retaining necessary incident records.
Improve usability
Aggregate page errors, failed paths, and common support issues to improve site structure, instructions, and service workflows.

If a later use is not reasonably related to the original collection purpose, we will explain it before implementation and obtain any authorization required by applicable rules. We will not expand information indefinitely to unrelated uses simply because it already exists.

04

Payment information

Payment methods, settlement currency, and necessary records have clear boundaries.

VMCache supports only USDT-TRC20 and Visa / Mastercard / Amex (via Stripe). All orders are settled in US dollars (USD). The payment gateway actually available is determined by the Console.

On-chain payment

USDT-TRC20

To verify payment and order status, the process may handle the order amount, transaction identifier, confirmation status, and necessary reconciliation records.

Card payment

Visa / Mastercard / Amex

Card payments are processed by Stripe. VMCache handles the payment result, amount, status, and necessary identifiers required for the order; full card details are not requested on the page.

Payment records may be retained as needed for order fulfillment, reconciliation, risk controls, compliance, and dispute handling. Service providers involved in payment processing may use the information only to the extent necessary to complete payment and handle related records.

05

Retention and protection

Retention periods are determined by business purposes and necessary obligations—not indefinite storage.

We retain essential information as needed for order fulfillment, service support, security audits, compliance records, and dispute handling. When information no longer supports these purposes and there is no necessary basis for retaining it, we delete it, anonymize it, or restrict further use.

Access controls

Relevant information is available only to people and systems that need it to fulfill orders, provide support, maintain security, or manage records.

Data minimization

Forms, orders, and log fields are designed around what is needed to complete the process; unrelated information is not required.

Traceable records

We retain necessary timelines for orders, support, and security actions so that status can be verified and disputes handled.

Every method of transmitting or storing data requires ongoing risk management. You should also back up data on the node, export it before the rental ends, protect connection details, and revoke team access when appropriate; do not treat a rented node as your only backup.

06

Cross-region access and necessary service providers

Services may involve cross-region coordination, but use remains limited by the original service purpose.

VMCache provides four nodes: Singapore, Japan (Tokyo), South Korea (Seoul), and Hong Kong. Order, delivery, support, and security processes may involve infrastructure, authorized personnel, or necessary service providers in different regions to deliver your selected node, process payments, troubleshoot issues, and maintain the service.

We limit cross-region access to what is needed to provide the service and set access boundaries according to the data category, operational purpose, and assigned responsibility. Necessary service providers may process information only for their agreed tasks and may not change its purpose independently.

  • InfrastructureHosts the website, Console, order status, logs, and node delivery processes.
  • Payment processingConfirms payment results, reconciliation status, and order-linked information.
  • Operations supportHandles incidents, security events, and necessary service communications.

Choosing a node does not mean all order information will be processed only in that node’s region; order management, payments, support, and security records may be handled jointly by other systems needed to provide the complete service.

07

User requests, policy updates, and applicable rules

You can ask what information we hold and request action on information that is inaccurate or no longer necessary.

You can contact us at support@vmcache.com, or sign in to the Console to submit a ticket and request access, correction, or deletion. To prevent information from being given to an unrelated person, we may ask for information necessary to verify your account or order relationship, but we will not ask you to submit passwords, private keys, or complete connection details on a public page.

  1. 1

    Describe your request

Clearly specify access, correction, or deletion and identify the account, order, or support request involved.

  2. 2

    Provide verification details

Include the order identifier, contact email, and necessary timeline; do not send real keys or unredacted logs.

  3. 3

    Receive the outcome

We will explain what can be done based on the request scope, identity-verification result, and records that must be retained.

Some information may not be immediately deletable because it is needed for order fulfillment, payment records, security actions, compliance, or dispute handling. In that case, we will limit retention to what is necessary and explain why.

After this privacy policy is updated, the current version shown on this page applies. Significant changes will be highlighted through appropriate on-site notices. Read the updated policy before continuing to use the services.

This policy and related disputes are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the platform operator is based. Disputes must be submitted to a competent court in that jurisdiction, without excluding any mandatory data-protection rights that apply.

Next steps

Confirm the data boundaries, then create a Cloud Mac order

If you need to verify the scope of information processing, contact us by support email or through a Console ticket. When you are ready to deploy, enter the rental flow to choose from three configurations and four nodes.
